This was the day of cleaning. Parts of the outside walls of the house at the rear had some algae growing on it. This is normal on that part of the house as it's shetered from the sun and wind. As well as that the concrete part of the back garden had been left for too long and it had accumulated mud and plants.
After a few hours with a deck scrubber, bleach and a hose the concrete was reclaimed the the growth on the house bannished. I then cleared out the kitchen and scrubbed the floor to make way for the lino coming next week.
After pretty much the whole day spent cleaning, scrubbing and moving furniture we went for a walk to the fairy pools in Glenbrittle. This is a nice hike in a magical setting. I post pictures later when I have time to get them off the camera.
